What We’re Looking For
– Strong background in aviation – check-in or ramp handling experience essential
– Proven experience leading, motivating and coaching teams
– Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service in a fast-paced operation
– Natural problem solver who remains calm under pressure
– Fluent in English and Greek
What will you do in the role?
-Take Responsibility – Lead, oversee and support the safe and punctual ground operation, ensuring all Jet2.com & Jet2holidays customers receive a VIP experience.
-Be Present – Manage landside & airside activities, complete daily operational reports, monitor station KPIs and ensure all Jet2.com policies, procedures and safety standards are always followed.
Create Memories – Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values
-Work as One Team – Build strong relationships with third-party handlers, airport stakeholders and Jet2.com & Jet2holidays colleagues. Promote a “One Team” culture and collaborate to improve performance and operational delivery across the station.
